Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the product has already arrived to you, the refund is possible but the shipment cost will be covered by the customer. If the order is on its way to you, you will not be able to cancel your order. You have to wait for it to arrive to you before being able to return it to us. If the order has not arrived in time because of delayed packaging, the customer still has to wait for the order to arrive so he can return it and receive a refund. If your return is accepted, we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If the defect on the item will not be reported within the first 2 days of arrival, we will consider that any damage to the product was not produced by the shipping and was produced by you. Therefore, we will not refund your order.

Return Shipping and Restocking Charges

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for items damaged during transit, in which case we will cover the return shipping. We do not apply restocking fees on any items, provided they are returned in new condition along with all accessories in the same condition.

Please note that seasonal items containing words like "Black Friday" or "Christmas" are non-refundable. Additionally, the cost of shipping protection is non-refundable in case of a return.

Wrong address

We are not liable for incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If the address is incorrect or if the delivery company fails to locate the address, we will make an attempt to redeliver. Please note that this may result in delays in the shipping time. We strongly recommend double-checking your delivery address to ensure accurate and timely delivery. If the delivery company still can't deliver the order and we are responsible for the issue, we will send the package again which will result in a bigger delay.

Watch return

The return shipping cost will be covered by the customer unless there is a clear manufacturing defect, in which case we will send another functional watch.

Some models of our watches come with the manufacturers name on it, make sure to double check with our customer representative before purchase.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

If your order is on its way to you or has arrived to you, in order to receive a refund, you first need to send the product back to us and cover the shipping fees. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.  If the order has not arrived in time because of delayed packaging, the customer still has to wait for the order to arrive so he can return it and receive a refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If the order is not on its way to you and it is still with us, the refund of your order is free of charge in the first 24 hours of ordering from our website. If more than 24 hours pass, the refund fee will be 3$ and will be automatically retained by us. For example, if you order a 50$ watch and the total cost of your order is 52.99$ with shipping and after 32 hours you decide you want to cancel your order and the order is not on its way to you. We will refund 49.99$ to your account, keeping 3$ for the time spent packaging your order. If after 32 hours, the order is on its way to you and you ask for a refund, you will have to wait for it to arrive to your first. It is the customers duty to read all the description or choose the right size of their ring. We will not accept refunds without receiving our items first because the customers did not read the description right and he does not like the items he has received or did not read the shipping policy and states that his order did not arrive in time. Moreover, we will not accept refunds without receiving our items first because the customer states they are "Not as described" or " Did not arrive" while the order is on its way. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@calitheshop.com. The refund takes 1-2 business days to be processed.
